Reception is open daily, 7 am – 7 pm Monday – Saturday, 7 am – 6 pm Sundays and Public Holidays.

Check-in is from 2.00 pm. If you require an earlier check-in earlier, please call our friendly team to organise. Early check-in is subject to availability.

We can offer late check-in with the use of our night safe. Please let us know of your late arrival, and we will send the instructions via text, email or over the phone. Please let us know your preference, and we can accommodate you.

Check-out time is 10 am every day.

Need more time to sleep? Ask our friendly team, and we can try to organise it for you. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Free parking is available on-site for our guests.

Your room key provides you with 24-hour access to the hotel as well as your room.

Coffee and tea are available in your room at no charge.

Complimentary sustainable toiletries are located in the vanity area of your bathroom.

Blankets and additional pillows are located in the wardrobe. Cots are offered at a $20 charge per person per night.

For your convenience, an electric kettle, hairdryer, iron and mini fridge are provided in your room. All rooms include a flat-screen TV.

Damages will be assessed and charged to the credit card we have on file. All guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.

We will endeavour to return the lost property to you if it is found; please contact the hotel and organise a prepaid parcel to be sent to your corresponding address.

All our rooms are strictly vape and smoke-free zones. A fine of $500 will apply for any smoking or vaping in rooms.

Please contact reception if there is anything in your room that is not operational, and we will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately.

All guests will be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation room and its contents; fair wear and tear accepted. Damages will be assessed and charged to the credit card we have on file.

The pool is for the use of in-house guests only.

Hours are 7.00 am to 6.00 pm with low-level noise in consideration of other guests.

As no lifeguard is present in our pool areas, swimming is at your own risk. Please make yourself familiar with pool depths before entering.

Glassware must not be taken into the pools or spas.

Fresh pool towels are available for your use from reception and wooden baskets are located near the lobby area on the ground floor near the lift to return your used pool towels. We respectfully ask you to remove excess sand if you have used them on the beach. Towels are provided for your convenience. We ask that you consider the impact on the environment.

For your comfort, your suite is equipped with a split system air conditioner. A remote control is located in the room and is easy to use.

We strongly recommend leaving the air conditioner temperature setting at 24 degrees. Whilst the air conditioner is in operation, please keep all doors/windows closed. Please ensure that the key card for power to your suite remains in the slot just inside the entry door at all times. This must be firmly inserted into the slot.

Certified assistance animals are welcome at the hotel. However, no pets are permitted on site.

A first aid kit is located at reception. Please let us know if we can be of assistance.

The property is equipped with very sophisticated fire detection and prevention facilities. Please acquaint yourself with the information on the back of your entrance door. In the unlikely event of a fire, proceed to the nearest exit, where a fire warden will direct you to the designated assembly area.
